with the information about the birthday person. All fields are
required except for the age (which is certainly encouraged!).
Please note that only birthday announcements sent through this webpage
will be eligible for the weekly dozen roses prize. Birthdays can also be
called in to 800-275-9150, but you must also register through this
webpage to be eligible for the roses. Prize will be mailed to the
address on the birthday listing. Please leave 2-4 weeks for
mailing.
