Know an ALL-STAR youth? Nominate them to be honored at this year's Delaware State Fair!
The Fair's All-Star Youth program was created as a way to showcase outstanding Delaware youth, one for each day of the annual Fair. The people the fair selects must be age 20 or younger as of July 1 of the current year, and must be residents of Delaware.
If you would like to nominate someone you know to be considered as an All-Star Youth of the Day for the Fair, please send supporting materials to them at the following address:
